Two 16 year olds have been charged after five boys were seriously injured at a party on Halloween.
A 16-year-old boy from Southampton has been charged with attempted murder.
A second boy, also aged 16 and from Southampton, has been charged with wounding with intent, Hampshire Police said.
Both boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Friday morning.
The charges follow a report of an incident in which five boys, aged 16 and 17, suffered serious injuries while attending a party at a house in Chandler's Ford, just outside Southampton, at around 10.30pm on 31 October.
Hampshire Police said it is alleged an uninvited group gained entry to the party before seriously assaulting the teenagers.
